Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Marketplace Relister Chrome extension ("the Extension") or the website at relist.nowoly.com (together, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of the Service

Marketplace Relister is a browser extension that helps you re-create your own Facebook Marketplace listings as new posts ("relist"), optionally using scheduled automation and an optional AI copy-enhancement feature powered by Google Gemini. The Service is provided by an independent developer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Accounts & License

You do not need an account to install the Free version. To use Pro features, an anonymous license identifier tied to your subscription is generated when you purchase. The Service is licensed, not sold, to you for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Extension.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only on listings that belong to you and only in compliance with Facebook's Terms of Service and Commerce Policies. You agree not to:

• Relist listings you do not own or that you do not have an explicit right to manage.
• Use the Service to post prohibited, illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content (including content that violates Meta's Commerce Policies or Community Standards).
• Circumvent rate limits, abuse the AI relay endpoint, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation.
• Use the Service in connection with spam, scams, fraud, harassment, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to mass-relist beyond reasonable personal use.

5. Facebook / Meta Relationship

The Extension interacts with Facebook.com using your existing logged-in session (not an official Meta API). You are solely responsible for the content of your listings and for compliance with Meta's terms. We are not responsible for changes Meta makes to Facebook Marketplace, GraphQL schemas, authentication, or rendering that may break the Extension.

6. AI Listing Enhancement

The optional AI feature sends your listing title, description, price, and (optionally) one photo to relist.nowoly.com/api/ai, which forwards the request to Google Gemini to generate rewritten copy. The AI feature is off by default and only active when you opt in via the Extension's Options page. You retain all responsibility for the content of the AI-generated copy and must review it before publishing. Google Gemini's use of that data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and the Google AI Terms of Service.

7. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

7.1 Plan

The Pro subscription is offered as a recurring monthly or annual plan, billed in advance via Stripe. We do not see or store your payment card details.

7.2 Free Trial / Refund Window

Pro subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of your initial charge, contact us at [email protected] with your Stripe receipt and we will issue a full refund. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

After the 7-day window, you may cancel at any time to avoid future charges; we do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law (e.g. EU/UK consumer rights under applicable local rules).

7.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal (link sent in your purchase receipt) or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you retain Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

7.4 Price Changes

We may change the price of Pro plans with at least 30 days' notice by email (where you have provided one) and a notice on this site. Existing subscribers can keep their current price until the next renewal after the change takes effect, or cancel.

7.5 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Pro features pending resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

The Extension, its source code, branding, and this website are owned by Poy (x-online). You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by these Terms. "Facebook", "Marketplace", and the Facebook logo are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, poses a risk to us or other users, or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Service and uninstall the Extension at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim (or AUD $100 if you have not paid us). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (such as death, personal injury, or fraud).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of Facebook/Meta terms, or your listings' content.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Continued use of the Service after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will update the Extension's store listing and/or notify active Pro subscribers at least 14 days in advance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK/Australia, you retain the protection of your local mandatory consumer laws.
